How to hide the browser menu in the PaperVision Enterprise web client

PaperVision Enterprise allows administrators the option to hide the standard browser menu (containing Back button, etc.) when using the PaperVision Enterprise web client. How to configure the PaperVision Enterprise local client to display browser menus

The Windows login prompt is displayed when browsing to the Authentication Gateway web site

Users may be prompted for their Window’s user name and password when browsing to the Authentication Gateway web site. To fix this issue, users need to change the user authentication security settings in Internet Explorer.

How to change the global default value of the Document Viewing User Option “Open Documents in New Window”

You can change the default “Open Documents in New Window” so that all users are initially configured with the desired setting. By default, this option is enabled, but by editing a simple configuration file, this option can be set to disabled. Note: users will still be able to manually change this setting for their own web client.

Error: 13 - Type Mismatch (Source:HTTPHandlerEx.HTTPHandler_NonAdmin.PVDMSystem)

When attempting to view a document, the user receives the following error:

This error occurs when attempting to view a document through the PaperVision website. Other users may not be experiencing this issue.

Login failed for user Reason: Not Associated with a Trusted SQL Server Connection

Particularly after new database connections are configured, users may encounter this error in PaperVision Enterprise. The error indicates that the instance of SQL Server involved is configured to use Windows Authentication rather than Mixed Mode Authentication, and the current user is failing to authenticate.

Login failed for user ''. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
