Search criteria that includes brackets [ ] in PaperVision Enterprise (PVE) are not returning any search results

Executing a search that includes brackets as part of the search criteria (i.e. [A-B]) is not returning any search results.

Unable to view documents with annotations in the browser-based viewer

When attempting to view a document in the browser-based viewer, the following message is displayed in place of the document image:

The following error(s) occurred!

Due to certain browsers’ limitations and potential security concerns, this annotated image cannot be displayed.

Disable the Browser Based Viewer option and enforce the use of the PaperVision Web Assistant for viewing documents.

When attempting to search for documents, “Working” dialog box persists

When attempting to search for documents in PaperVision Enterprise, after clicking Search, the “Working” dialog box remains on the screen with no error message and the search results page doesn’t display.

Email documents that include .PDF attachments may display differently when viewed using the PaperVision Document Viewer plug-in.

When viewing an email that includes a .PDF attachment, the .PDF may display differently than it would if it were viewed in Adobe.

When logging in to the PaperVision Enterprise client, windows, icons and text appear very large

When logging in to the PaperVision Enterprise web client, many of the windows, icons and text descriptions are very large, and some elements may not fit on the screen despite meeting the minimum screen resolution (1024x768). When checked on another workstation, everything looks normal.

How To Change the Default Search Type in the PaperVision ASP.NET Application from Or to And.

It is possible to change the default search type for the ASP.NET application by making a simple change in the javascript source code.
