This error indicates that the PIXEZOCX.OCX file is either missing or is not the correct version for use with PaperFlow. This error is commonly found after installing other software that has image viewing or capturing capabilities. It is also possible to get the error after installing PaperFlow on a new PC if the PaperFlow installation did not overwrite the existing PIXEZOCX.OCX.

To resolve this error, delete the PIXEZOCX.OCX file and reinstall PaperFlow.
