When document grouping is enabled all documents with the exact same index values will be combined together as if they were one document. Your forty documents with the same index fields will appear as one document. If you do not want this feature enabled it is a user defined setting so for each user that is experiencing this you will need to change the document grouping setting. This can be accomplished in the web client by clicking on configuration and clicking on ‘none’ under document grouping. In the ‘thick’ client under the drop down menu ‘actions’, select options and set document grouping to none.
