Document opens in browser plugin when "Use Operating System Defaults" is selected


"Require web clients to use the browser plugin" is not enabled in the Security Policy, and the user has chosen "Use Operating System Defaults" under Configuration>>Document Access. However the browser plugin continues to launch when viewing documents.


This is caused by the user not having the following project level security access: View documents outside PaperVision. This option must be enabled for the user in order to view any document outside of the browser plugin.
