Summary
This error is caused when the client is not at the same release level as the server. This will appear when attempting to view a document or when you attempt to login on the thick client. This could be caused by having multiple versions of the thick client installed on the same computer or the thick client needs to be updated to the same version as the server.
To resolve this error do the following:
- Make sure that the “Thick Client” being used is at the same release level as the server. If the server is running at R69 or higher the “Thick Client” will have to be at release R66, as R66 was the last version of the thick desktop client.
- If you have multiple installs of the PaperVision thick client install on the computer, uninstall all versions and then install the version that corresponds to the installed version on the server.
