The Error 429 can be caused by processing a blank ASCII file and also selecting the option "Delete blank pages" on the page tab of a Report Management project.

If you are receiving the Error 429 Active X component can't create object in your import logs when loading Data Groups using the PaperVision Automation Server Service and have processed a blank ASCII file with the option "Delete blank pages" selected you will need to perform the following steps so that the PaperVision Automation Server Service will continue to load properly in the future.

1) Login to the PaperVision Admin Console as the Global Administrator.

2) Don’t process blank ASCII files or uncheck the option “Delete blank pages” on the Page Tab in your Report Management project.

3) Click on the Automation Server Status.

4) Highlight your Automation Server Service and right click.

5) Stop the Automation Server Service, wait a few seconds until the state has changed to stopped.

6) Highlight your Automation Server Service and right click.

7) Start the Automation Server Service.
