A user imports an image file into PaperFlow, and receives the following error message: Error 5030: PixTools/View: Decompression library not available.

Summary

This error occurs because the imported image was compressed using an image compression algorithm that is not supported by PaperFlow.

To resolve this error, re-save the image using a compression format that is supported by PaperFlow, and then try to re-import the image.

PaperFlow supports Group 4 Tiff and JPEG formats.
