Summary

Description:
The user receives this error message when attempting to create a new batch in an existing job in PaperFlow.

Summary:
Jobs created using the CPD Import Utility or Capture Desktop are not compatible with PaperFlow 82. This is addressed in R83.

To resolve this, follow the steps below:

  1. Install PaperFlow R80
  2. Import the job to the R80 version of PaperFlow
  3. Create a new batch for the job
  4. Upgrade PaperFlow “over-the-top” to the desired new version (R81+)
  5. Open and proceed working with the batch
