Finding words that are no longer in the document.

When doing a full-text search in PaperVision Enterprise, it is finding words that are no longer in the document.

Summary


This only happens with Microsoft Word XP that we are aware of. The cause of this is that by default, Word XP uses Track Changes and this will record all instances of words that are deleted in the file even if they are not visible to the user.

To resolve this, change the Track Changes option in Word to Accept all Changes.
