To enable MFA for any given PaperVision Enterprise entity, do the following:
- Log into the PaperVision Enterprise Administration console with administrator credentials.
- Expand the appropriate entity where you’d like to enable MFA, then expand General Security.
- Click Security Policy, then on the right-hand window, double-click Configure Security Policy
- Navigate to the Authentication tab at the top of the window, then click the Enable Multi-Factor Authentication checkbox under Multi-Factor Authentication.
- (Optional) To enforce this policy for all users on this entity, click the Require Multi-Factor Authentication checkbox under Multi-Factor Authentication.
