In C:\Program Files\Digitech Systems\Common Files\, open the PVDM.INI file in a text editor (ex. Notepad). Find the [PVDM] section, add the following value:

LOGINENTID=1

Save the PVDM.INI.

This will need to be done on all client workstations, as well as any Administration Console workstations/servers.
