Kofax Ascent is almost impossible to completely remove from a computer system. The people at Kofax have a separate program that must be purchased that supposedly removes Ascent, but even they admit it may not work completely.

The best solution in this situation would be to format the machine from the ground up, re-install the operating system, and then install PaperFlow.
