License 1 appears to have been moved from one database (or server) to another database (or server).

Users may receive this message when attempting to logon to the Admin Console or Thick Client. When attempting to logon to the Admin Console, users will also receive the message “Do you want to clean up the affected license(s)?”

This message occurs because one of the stations has connected to the database using different parameters for the Admin Console than was used when licensing the software.

This also occurs if the Papervision Enterprise database was backed up then restored to a different server.

If the first Admin Console was connected via Server Name, any additional Admin Console or Thick Client installs need to be configured using the same Server Name. If it was connected via IP Address, any additional systems must connect via the same IP Address.

To resolve this problem, do not clean up the affected licenses (if prompted). Delete the local PVDM.INI file located at “Program FilesDigitech SystemsCommon Files” and reconnect using the proper IP Address or Server Name.
