The user receives 0 documents matched when running match and merge on a project that has already been indexed, even though the Overwrite Existing Index Information has been selected.

Summary

The problem here is likely due to the Number of Blank Fields Required being set to anything other than 0.

If all of the fields are populated already, then PaperFlow will not match anything unless at least 1 field is blank if the Number of Blank Fields Required is set to 1 (or higher). Setting this option to 0 should allow the match and merge to operate successfully.
