This problem indicates that the Process as a Post-Process Setting option has not been enabled for Minimum Page Size Detection within the project settings.

To fix this, go to Modify Project in Data Group under the Administration menu and place a checkmark in the Process as a Post-Process Setting box in the Minimum Page Size Detection section of the Scan Settings tab.
