Unable to locate dongle key


You receive a message stating: Unable to locate dongle key when attempting to launch PaperFlow after attaching the PaperFlow USB or Parallel dongle key.


One possible reason for this message could be that the driver for the dongle key did not install properly. To fix this error we need to attempt to reinstall the latest dongle key driver from http://www.safenet-inc.com.

1) Visit the following link: http://www.safenet-inc.com/support/tech/sentinel.asp

2) Click on “Sentinel Protection Installer” to download the latest version of the Sentinel SuperPro driver.

3) Click on Open to download and open installation package or click Save to download the package to a specific location on your computer.

4) Extract the installer from the ZIP file downloaded in step 4 and run the executable.

5) After installation is complete, open PaperFlow and verify that the dongle key can be located.
