A user is receiving this error when attempting to configure the Microsoft SQL Server connection information during the PaperVision Enterprise configuration wizard.

Summary

This message is returned when PaperVision Enterprise is unable to locate Microsoft SQL Server using the supplied connection parameters. Double-check the connection information and ensure the correct server name/IP is supplied.

This message is commonly encountered during the PaperVision Enterprise configuration wizard if the SQL installation window is skipped. Click Back to return to the previous screen and click the Install button to install Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition. Once SQL is installed, the SQL Connection Information window should be pre-populated with the correct connection information.
