Users may receive the following error message when attempting to logon using the PaperVision Authentication Gateway: Error: -28000 - Unable to read Remote Authorization Configuration File C:\Program Files\Digitech Systems\Common Files\PVRemoteAuth.XML (Source: GetRemoteAuthInfo.PVDMSystem)

Summary

This error is returned because the PaperVision Authentication Gateway settings have not been configured. To configure the gateway settings, open Start – Programs – Digitech Systems and select PaperVision Gateway Settings on the server hosting the PaperVision Authentication Gateway website.

You will be required to supply the Encryption Key Value, Redirection URL and Default Entity ID to configure the PaperVision Authentication Gateway settings. Please refer to the PaperVision Enterprise Installation and Getting Started Guide and the PaperVision Enterprise Administration and System Architecture
