Description

User receives the following error when trying to upload a file when using Scan to PVE or ImageSilo: Error: 9 Description: Subscript out of range. Source: GetFileData_Binary

Summary

This problem occurs when a file that was scanned into the system has become corrupt or is 0KB in size. This issue is resolved by removing the corrupt image and the .pvupload file associated with the image.

To fix this issue, browse out to the folders below and remove the files causing the error. In most cases, these folders are hidden, and Windows Explorer will need to be set to show hidden files and folders. Once the files have been removed, the document(s) will need to be scanned and uploaded again.
