When performing Nuance full-text OCR processing in PaperVision Capture, you may receive this error in the Windows Application Event log.

Summary

The maximum supported image size for Nuance full-text OCR processing is 8400 x 8400 pixels, and the minimum supported image size is 16 x 16 pixels. When the automation service attempts to process an image that falls outside of these specifications, an error will be recorded in the event log.

Resolution:

Remove images that are outside of the size specification and reprocess the batch through the Nuance Full-Text OCR job step.
