Occasionally it may be helpful to perform a search for documents that have not been indexed. Any index field type in PaperVision can be searched on by typing [BLANK] for the index field criteria. Results returned will only list documents which have no index value for the specified fields.

The [BLANK] search criteria can be combined with all other search operators and index fields.

[BLANK] index field criteria can also be used when configuring document security levels, WorkFlow pre-conditions, post-conditions, as well as Records Retention and Message Manager policy sets.
