This error means that the Parent Paths have not been enabled for the PaperVision website inside of Internet Information Services (IIS).

Following the steps below should resolve this issue:

1) Open the Internet Information Services and go to the properties of your PaperVision website.

2) Click on the Home Directory tab.

3) Click on the Configuration button.

4) Click on the Options tab.

5) Select Enable parent paths.

You should now be able to select Help or About PaperVision Enterprise from any page within the PaperVision Web client.

Note: This error is typically seen when running Internet Information Services on a Windows 2000 Server or a Windows 2003 Server.
