You do not have direct/physical access to this drive.


Receive this message when attempting to import a data group. This error states that you do not have direct physical access to the Data Group Path that has been specified.

This is because there is no data group path set for this particular entity or the physical path does not exist; or the user logged into Windows does not have physical access to the specified path.


In the Admin Console, you can right-click on the Default Company under Entities and specify a new Data Group Path in the Entities Paths section. The Migration Job Path and Full Text Paths will also need to be valid. After doing this, you should be able to import a data group from your specified location so long as the user logged into Windows has access to this path.
