LaserFiche.xml Export directory is empty, but no errors are generated.

The Custom Code step is running the LaserFiche.xml export template, which is not modified from its default. The root path for the export folder does exist, however no files are populated. In the Batch Management Window, the job is showing “Not Owned”, but still in the Custom Code step.

Cannot Create a Batch; No available Jobs for Entity 1.

A user logs in to the Capture Operator Console and tries to create a new batch, but receives the following error message: Cannot Create a Batch; No available Jobs for Entity 1.

Scanning different sizes of paper within the same document

A document may contain pages with different sizes. The user wants to scan all pages based on the original size of the documents in one scanning process.

ASCII with Images export only creates grayscale images as JPEGS and not TIFF images

When exporting grayscale images out of a PaperVision Capture job, image files are in JPEG format instead of TIFF format.

The SetScanDate script populates the ScanDate index field with the incorrect time

When using the SetScanDate custom code script, the date is correct but the time is several hours off. This is due to the fact that the document creation time is stored using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), which is the same as Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

User unable to login using Windows Authentication

A user attempts to log in to PaperVision Capture using Windows Authentication, but they receive the following error: The System could not log you on. Make sure your User name and Entity ID are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case.
