PaperFlow, QCFlow and OCRFlow licensing utilizes hardware dongle keys. In order to exchange/upgrade dongle keys for PaperVision Capture licenses, or to replace a damaged dongle key, the serial number must be supplied on the upgrade/exchange form.

A user attempts to scan a document into PaperFlow and receives the following message: Error 4769: Command failed – check log.

When logging into PaperFlow, the following error is displayed: Error 7430: The central database appears to be marked read-only or resides in a read only share.

A user attempts to change a project name in PaperFlow to match another project and receives the following error: Error 7312: Project Name is already in use by this customer.

A user imports an image file into PaperFlow, and receives the following error message: Error 5030: PixTools/View: Decompression library not available.

A user attempts to scan or import documents into PaperFlow and receives the following error: Error 4500: Not enough Memory.

PaperFlow only allows specific image file formats to be imported.

This error is thrown when a user launches PaperFlow and before the login screen is displayed. PaperFlow is attempting to access the Central Database but the current Windows user does not have adequate permissions to access the DSICP32.MDB file.

You receive a message stating: Unable to locate dongle key when attempting to launch PaperFlow after attaching the PaperFlow USB or Parallel dongle key.
