How To Determine if a Port Is Already In Use When Configuring the PaperVision Capture Gateway Server
When performing Nuance full-text OCR processing in PaperVision Capture, you may receive this error in the Windows Application Event log.

When a PaperVision Capture service does not have adequate permissions to a path, an error titled “Event 100: Access to the path ‘\\your\share\path’” is generated.

When a custom code step encounters a problem, the process worker will usually generate a sequence of related errors that can be found in the Windows application event log. Identifying the sequence is helpful in understanding the problem since the first errors tend to be the most descriptive and closest to the origin of the problem.
